Privacy and data removal

This review environment is operated by Open Media INC. It reads the Facebook Pages and Instagram professional account you authorize, displays your recent posts, and deletes a post only after you select it and confirm the deletion.

Your review session

Your access token and connected account are stored on the server in an isolated, temporary session. They are not shared with other reviewers. Sessions expire after 45 minutes of inactivity or four hours. Disconnect removes the token and account from this review session. Sign out removes the entire session. These actions do not revoke separate production integrations.

Deletion

Deleting an Instagram post changes the actual Instagram account. A carousel is deleted as a whole. We record only the deleted media ID, connected account ID and confirmation result in service logs. We do not log access tokens or post content.
